Here is an overview of their experience at Jefferson Radiology:
Consultation
At their first appointment, patients meet with one of our expert physicians to diagnose the nature of their symptoms.
Compression Stockings
Patients will wear compression stockings for 6-8 weeks to help relieve symptoms. This step is required by most insurance carriers.
Ultrasound
A first ultrasound is booked to measure progress and diagnose venous disease.
Insurance Pre-Authorization
We work with your patient’s insurance provider to ensure they are covered for the procedure, should it be required.
Procedure
A 30-minute procedure is often all it takes our expert physicians to treat the problem.
One Last Check!
We want to make sure your patient is feeling strong and healthy after their procedure. We’ll do one last ultrasound and they are good to go!
