At Jefferson Radiology, our commitment is to provide timely, high-quality imaging services to our community. We understand that recent delays in processing imaging results caused concern and frustration, and we acknowledge the impact this may have had on you – our patients and our community.
To address these delays, we temporarily paused services at some of our Connecticut Imaging Partners’ locations to help us better manage the backlog of imaging results needing to be processed. We are pleased to inform you that we have since resumed our services and are now fully open at all 10 locations, ready to serve you with the same dedication and care you expect from us.
We have been working diligently with our team to address the technology delays that contributed to the severity of the backlog. By leveraging additional resources within our national network, we have increased capacity to ensure patients and referring providers receive more timely results moving forward.
We recognize delays in healthcare can create uncertainty and stress, and we deeply appreciate your patience and trust during this challenging time. Our team has taken proactive steps to strengthen our operations, including increasing staffing, optimizing workflows, and enhancing communication to ensure we continue delivering the level of service you deserve.
