You can book online anytime, and anywhere, with just a few simple steps. Here’s how:

Log into your account to schedule your appointment. If this is your first time scheduling online, you can create an account in a few easy steps.

Fill in the required information. With an existing account, you’ll be able to log in at any time and view/manage your existing appointments.

Click on the drop-down menu and select your appointment type. Currently, we offer online scheduling for screening mammograms, bone density, and x-ray exams only. Don’t worry! More exams will follow in the coming months.

Choose your insurance status and make sure to have the required information on hand before continuing.

On the next screen, fill out the questionnaire to the best of your knowledge. This will help us better assist you and prepare for your visit.You’ll be able to schedule your appointment at any of our nine locations. Scroll down to find the location and time that best suits you. Navigate to the top bar and you’ll see the availability for the full week. Click the arrow on the right to see further weeks.

If you are not seeing any appointments at your preferred location, click on “Go to next available appointment” and you’ll see the dates and times for the soonest availability.

We’ll just need a few more details to schedule your appointment. Start typing in your referring provider’s name and you’ll see a menu of suggestions pop up.

Don’t see your provider on the list? Click the check box on the right. Indicate your form of payment. You also have the option to send us a message with any information we should know beforehand.

Lastly, attach all supporting documents. This includes a copy of your order, identification, and any other important documents. Once uploaded click “Schedule.”
