Jefferson Radiology subspecialist physicians perform image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for cardiovascular conditions as well as a broad range of services for patients with cancer, pain, diabetes, hepatic, renal, and other conditions. Our board-certified physicians specialize in minimally invasive treatments using imaging guidance. These procedures have less risk, less pain and less recovery time compared to open surgery.
Other members of the Jefferson Radiology team include licensed radiologic technologists with advanced certification and training, and our knowledgeable support staff to help coordinate your care and answer questions.
Our vascular laboratory has the distinction of being accredited by the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories.

Our radiologists strive to stay abreast of the advancement of rapidly evolving, leading-edge procedures and technologies. Our Interventionists perform innovative treatments such as tumor ablation, carotid stent placements, and targeted chemotherapy using state-of-the-art techniques in a variety of imaging modalities including fluoroscopy, computed tomography, ultrasound, and magnetic resonance imaging. Jefferson Radiology has shown a strong commitment and has a history of making significant contributions to clinical research and exploring refinements in techniques and devices. Most recently Jefferson Radiology has paid special attention to carotid stenting trial, IVC filter placement, and more.
Our compassionate staff members maintain close relationships in collaboration with referring physicians. This includes a consultation before procedures and exams and even extends to follow-up in a post-treatment care plan.
All of our Interventionalists and Cardiovascular Imaging Specialists have completed a one or two-year fellowship program after their diagnostic radiology residency.
